Nothing quite like being yelled at by angry people who thing you’re responsible for their problem, when, really, they just didn’t read the directions in their e-mail to download the ticket app and to create and account… It’s actually quite easy to do, really, yet loads of people struggle with it. And why do they struggle? They DO NOT READ THE SIMPLE DIRECTIONS THEY RECEIVE IN AN E-MAIL.
