For whatever reason, it feels like my pelvic floor strength is regressing. I was making such big strides, which were making a massive difference in my daily physical life and in how I felt in my head. But this week seems to be unlike the first ones. It doesn’t even feel like progress has slowed, so much as having stepped a bit in reverse. Not a lot, but definitely a little bit the wrong direction here.

Lord, heal my body, please. Keep my family safe and well and together, please. Have them stick with the breast milk, please, and keep M safe and well. In your name, I pray. Amen.
