Tonight, for a stroke of the unexpected, my husband arrived home while the baby and I were in the shower, just finishing up. He chose to go take a shower right away, so he could get ready for bed faster. So, we went and surprised him in the bathroom, my daughter immediately ripping the shower curtain out of the way, knowing someone was behind them. It was dramatic and hilarious and adorable, and she was thrilled to discover her dad behind the curtains.
Naturally, he complained about cold air being let out, but I think he enjoyed the surprise. đ
