I very much dislike car dealership service centers. Actually, most car service centers and mechanics are tough experiences. Why is it that people have so incredibly ruined an entire industry with corruption? How do we find car mechanics and service centers that won’t be idiots or screw us over? I’d like to figure that one out.

I have to take my car in for a recall. I got a voucher for a free oil change with the recall. But the place nearest me might not honor the voucher. So, I’ll have to reschedule with the farther-away place if that is the case. Hopefully, it won’t be. But I imagine that, whichever place does the service, they will try very hard not to let me leave without paying lots of money for minor service that my husband normally does but hasn’t yet been able to do because of his work and his hours-building.

Ugh.
