Turns out that the free oil change will work at the nearby place. The downside is that they still won’t give me a ride back to the place after they drop me off somewhere within 15 miles… I don’t get it. If I’m only five miles away, a round trip is less than the original 15-mile limit. So, make a happy customer – aka a return customer – and be decent human beings.

But they won’t do that because they’re a car service place, and they operate in the world of making people’s lives harder and more stressful to the business’s advantage. Ugh.

I have strongly considered getting my baby to be very fussy and annoying right by all their desks so that they are finally willing to pay for a round-trip for me (for a service that I was told would take half the day, mind you).
